Membership Terms and Conditions:

· I have read, understand, and support the mission of Entrepreneur and Professional Moms Association (hereinafter “EPMA”).

· I have read, understand, and will abide by the bylaws set forth by this corporation and maintained on EPMA’s website .

· Any and all special rates are for a one year subscription. Rates will then adjust to the rate available at the time of membership renewal.

· I may cancel my membership at anytime, but understand that my membership dues are non-refundable once paid.

· Annual membership will not be reimbursed or prorated if membership is canceled after the membership dues have been charged.

· Monthly memberships will not be reimbursed or prorated if my membership is canceled subsequent to the date on which the monthly charge has been made.

· Monthly dues will be automatically charged to my credit card each month. I may update the card used or cancel my membership at any time by contacting: membership@epmassociation.org

· Annual dues will not be automatically charged. A reminder will be sent before the anniversary date of the membership.

· I understand that I may update my company and personal information at any time. I will allow 48 hours for any changes and agree to keep all information current.

By submitting your credit card information, you agree that you have read the preceding Membership Terms and agree to abide by the Membership Terms presently in affect and as amended from time to time.
