Lorin K. Mask, M.A. is as an Industrial / Organizational Psychologist, corporate trainer, public speaker and coach.
Her last position was with Village Care of New York (VCNY). Her main function was to develop and deliver training in interpersonal skills, and leadership and provide executive coaching. She also served as an internal consultant in organizational development for all departments. Previous to her work at VCNY, she also held positions at Yale University, Estee Lauder Companies, Express Inc. and was a project manager in the commercial film industry for 10 years.
Lorin began her journey creating Entrepreneur & Professional Moms Association (EPMA) after being frustrated by other networking organizations. She was in the midst of launching a family and couples coaching company and was looking to find other women like her for support, guidance, networking and motivation ~ and who were also moms in the fray of raising children.
After doing research, she found some similar groups in other parts of the country but, nothing local to her in Westchester, NY. So she decided to get to work and start building a group of her own. While still pursing her love of coaching, and doing organizational consulting, and busy being a mom ~ EPMA is her passion. Her vision is to make this a leading support group for “mompreneurs”!
Originally from Texas, she has lived in the NY, CT area for over 12 years, following a 5 year stint in Los Angeles. She currently resides in Westchester, New York with her husband, Micheal G. Mask, an attorney and antiques dealer. They have two young daughters, Morgan and Carrington. She loves traveling, reading, movies, golf, sewing, arts, crafts, design, antiques and photography.
